Provides culturally designed services and resources in neighborhood locations to patients of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and to their caregivers.

A private, non-profit organization dedicated to providing local services and programs for patients and their caregivers, who suffer with the ravages of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, living in our local communities. The funds requested from the City will be used to support ACCA's Specialized Alzheimer's Day Care Program, which operates in the fellowship hall of the Advent Lutheran Church.
