Offers a combination of social services and educational programs addressing the consequences of teenage pregnancy and the importance of prenatal care as well as the male responsibility in teen pregnancy. The problem of teenage pregnancy is becoming increasingly prevalent. The requested funding will allow us to continue and offer teen pregnancy education to middle and high school students, childbirth classes at Boca High, Responsible Fatherhood support groups, Hospital liaison programs, Momcare - a program offering choices in prenatal care providers, and Reach Out - a case management program for high risk women.
