The "Homeless & Housing Alliance" was formerly called the Continuum of Care group. It is primarily made up of providers of services to the homeless and have main responsibility for overseeing the HUD grant. The County is the fiscal agency for the grant, but the government requires a group of stakeholders to oversee the process, come up with the goals for the grant, etc. They are the group working with the Homeless Coalition and United Way to hold all the strategic planning sessions so we can get the community on board with one plan to address homelessness and hopefully get everyone working together.
