Its mission is to collect, preserve, exhibit, and interpret to the general public, a representative collection of outstanding works of art from the earliest of examples to contemporary art, and for the purpose of providing art exhibitions, art classes, lecture series and other cultural and educational programs. The City's funds would allow the organization to provide an important cultural experience for children and youth in our area.
