Angel Flight Southeast is a volunteer pilot oganization involved in "public benefit flying". Their mission is to provide free air transportation for those with medical or compelling human needs. In 2003 there were 39 scheduled Angel Flight missions of mercy in Boca Raton. But the Boca Raton office may not be operating now.
