Project SAFE provides 32 units of housing in an apartment complex. Clients may stay up to 2 years and must come from a shelter, have minor children and a caseworker. The shelter is full. There is a waiting list but not details were obtained. Patty did email me a list of homeless shelters in the area. (Emily Gorman, agency head; Charmagne Martial Lawrence, case worker).
