The Florida Delegation May Lead Passage of the Darfur Accountability Act. The Darfur Accountability Act has passed the Senate but stalled in the U.S. House of Representatives. Our Florida legislators are taking the lead for passage in the House. Our purpose is to convince every Florida legislator to become a co-sponsor of this important legislation. So far, seven Florida legislators have agreed to be co-sponsors.

We are working to:

1. to move the Darfur Peace and Accountability Act (HR3127) to the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives for Vote as quickly as possible.
2. to move House and Senate appropriations to support the Darfur Peace and Accountability Act through the appropriations committees for vote.
