Presented by the Florida Coalition for Peace and Justice
Sponsored and Hosted by the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Boca Raton
Sponsored by the Florida District of the Unitarian Universalist Association
About the process: You will be participating in a facilitated process designed to stimulate creative & open dialogue, free from labels and predisposed agendas. Facilitated by Dr. John Frank, Organizational Development Consultant and Professor of Public Policy at the University of N. Florida.
Peacemaking is more than simply protesting war. For peace to be real it must become part of the context of the culture. It must be in the structures and systems of our society, cutting through the overlapping circles of human exchange, creating a web of peace-making relationships that is global.
The Florida Coalition for Peace & Justice is a community of people from local peace, faith and environmental groups working together to bring about an emerging culture of peace in Florida, advancing a more just, humane, non-violent and sustainable world.
