Frank Moore asked County Commissioner Addie Greene about "Carp" on July 21 and got this reply.
The Board of County Commissioners and the Sheriff Dept. began with $50,000 each. The County gave CARP $350,000 to help set up a pilot on their campus which is located on 45th Street in WPB. This is not a grant. Please come to the ribbon cutting on July 27, 2005, at 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. The address is The Christopher B.
